I may be able to help. I was plagued with the "suregcreatekey failed message" when I tried to install an ATI Rage 128 pro card. Each installation attempt corrupted the existing Windows 98 VGA driver and the installation failed, giving the "sureg...." message. Upon reboot...- rthemack
