Test for MCA adapter
We have an Option 61 with 2216 telephones using MCA adapters for a CTI link to a software application. Does anybody know of a software I can download to allow testing of the CTI link with my laptop? I have seen references to a Nortel TAPI test tool, however, I can't find it. Thanks,- rthardy
