SINCERE APOLOGIES!!! I was correct - it is a simple problem - user error. I had assumed the guy on site testing the system knew what they were doing.....doh! My fault, should never assume the obvious. Cheers anyway.

We have an Octel box running Serenade 3.0.1-2. Users are unable to access mailboxes from out of the office after a particular time of the evening. I'm assuming this is a COS issue bit can't figure out the command. Any ideas? Sorry if this is a simple issue. Cheers

I am looking at both Twisted Pairs Wave and Envoy products. Did you go with this? Any good? I have installed demos and first impressions are good. Feedback about experience of live installs would be gratefully received.
