I am using CR 8.5 and pulling the reports through a CR Viewer in Access 2000. Can I have the alerts pop up when the report comes up? If so how? If I run the report in design view I get the alerts, but if I run the report through the viewer the alerts don't come up. Help me Please. Thanks rsatty
