The Nam Application does not load. I see the OS/2 system

I am at the OS2 Desk top

The NAM has a monitor,key board and mouse on it. It looks like the operating system comes up ok,but the NAM Application does not run.

When I do Feature 915 I get inactive feature. Feature 983, 981, and 982 works fine and all of the other feature codes are ok. Any suggestions. P.S. I also tried 916,917,918,919,and so on with no luck.
