"Operation Failed" Outlook 2002
Hey back, Not to sure what the answer is, but I'm having the exact same issue and it started for me yesterday, 7/27/04. The only thing I changed on my system was romoving word as my default e-mail editor. I'm going to try and undo that action. Also, I found this link at MS which may help...- rrgoldstein
