We need information (better if it's with an example) on how can we develop a program that let us open a TCP port( anyone, for example 5209) in order to communicate two SCO 5.0.7 machines through sockets, using SSH protocol.

I made the initial installation normally,without considering the existence of the card. After that I installed the driver for the card that is provided by Eicon using custom, but it's in this situation that SCO does not recognize the card. Any idea why??

I can't install Eicon C90 card over SCO Openserver Enterprise system 5.0.5 or 5.0.7. When I get to the step in which I have to choose which card to install, I type an option but when I press enter to go to the next screen to continue with the installation, its gets back to the same screen where...
I'm installing SCO 5.0.7 in a IBM e-server that has a SCSI disk HITACHI GLOBAL model IC35L018UCDY10-0 that is not recognized in the begining, giving the following message
"Nedd Boot-Time Loadable Driver". Who knows where can I get this?

OK problem is solved. The trouble was that in the server where rlogin didn't work the permissions of .rhosts file were 644 insted of 600 that is required.

I have installed SCO Openserver 5.0.7 and when I try to rlogin from another server that is define in /.rhosts of this server,the system always prompt for password. This appends when I try to rlogin as root but not with another user.
