Did you get any further information with the error? If you have not already tried the hotfix for NLM 2.2 it may be worth trying out. You can get a similar message to this if there are communication problems between the server and client.
This issue may be related to a known issue with NLM 2.2. Apparently it crashes when trying to print out the final status message if there is a % symbol in the path. There is a hotfix available for this (LGTpa61073). Its available from Legato Customer Support.
