Help! I'm trying to change the time on a VMP installed in a 192. trying to do via DTMF and can't find the option for it in the Managers programing. I've gone to scheduling and the system tells the time but move on to the option of changing schedule A. Thanks for ant help.

MercuryComm I gave that a try and found no option to change the time. This system as a VMP card. does that make a differents?

I have a customer with a Elite 48 that has 1 ETW 16d phone set. I think the set is going bad but when I plug in a DTU set it will not work on that port. I've looked but don't see anything in programming were you would set a port for one type of phone or the other. HELP!

Yes, card 1 is prime ans 2 is 2nd. Both are set to decening. I have thought about an upgrade and already have the software. Just worried about loosing all the programing, are there any knowns problems with the upgrade?
