Hi I have set up hot desking on a Mitel 3300 SW 8.0.9.11. I have set up a 5215 dual mode as a hot desk station and given it the correct class of service for hot desking. I have set up a hot desk user and given it the correct class of service also. I have set up the cluster element as per help...- RoWo
