I now know that the force call has to be setup in ld23 but what about if I'm using Genesys. I know that Genesys is not realy using the ACD queue so how do I setup force call in that case?

apparently when both queues are closed, it overflows to a 3 queue?? I will have to get the ACD queues config and have a look at it. Also, are those (LD XX) books available anywhere on the web??

I worked at a company where I used Contact server to give the customers there balance at a specific date, as well as the amount of there last payment received! Just as you would with an IVR but I used annoucements instead.

Hi, actualy, we found out that there is no way aruond this. My concern was that we were running out of exchange codes in my exchange code map 1 table. Aspect had to input the extras in the share memories. Until we upgrade, we will have to keep adding them in there!
