Hello, have you got an answer or have you fix the problem please ? I've exactly the same pb now with impleting MS clustering with SMLT between BPS2000 and Passport 8000. I'll be very interessting to know the the tips to make so that it works.

May be your company is using Split Tunneling to redirect ONLY the traffic for your network company. In that case, all your LAN resources will not be unrecheable like your printer.

You need to pass in BCC (Bay Command Console) mode...Type BCC when you are logged in telnet on your router
After you've bcc> prompt..type config...once you type it you arrived with these prompt box# or stack#
Type ip and after you can create your static route
ip# static-route...
