    No, I haven't, will the csv be in any coherent format? Also, how will that help if the delta server is not grabbing all calls? I guess that was my question, can the delta server drop calls or not record them? Thanks for your help.

    We have an IP Office 412, we're not using IP at this time. What would be the most recommended phone for a call center atmosphere? We were sold the 4412's but the users are not happy with them. Sound is poor, not many fixed preprogrammed buttons...Any Suggestions?

    Make sure offhook station is unchecked under Telephony under user. We had the same problem and that did the trick, we now get busy signals.
