I'm running a MICS 0x32 with version 6.0 (30BwE02 NAT). Several techs on this forum have remarked in multiple threads that this version is known (even by Nortel!) to be buggy with PRIs. I would like to show some proof of this, e.g., Nortel tech article nos., to my support tech (who could get...
Thanks for the tip. Here's what I found (expanding on the earlier info):

I have about 100 phones -- M7208, M7310, and M7324 models -- connected to my MICS 6.0. When calling from one set to another, if the destination set is on another call, the calling set should see "On Another Call" displayed. However, this does not work for all destination sets.
From the tests...
I am building a Windows Server 2003 Standard print server to replace an existing Windows 2000 Server print server. The new server is running SP1 and is fully patched. Here's the problem: Users can print to printers on the new server -- the print jobs come out complete and correct -- but the...

EVT325-00 (S5)...
So does this mean that although the Flash receives and records all 10 digits (as evidenced by their inclusion on the CLID report), it only displays 7 digits when playing back a message?
As for int'l. calls, I do see the country code on an incoming call on my NorStar. I haven't checked on the...
I have a StarTalk Flash connected to a MICS 6.0. When playing a message, the display only shows 7 digits of the Caller ID info; the Area Code is not displayed. How can all 10 digits, including the Area Code, be displayed?
I believe that this should be possible, as my manual shows that the...
On my MICS 6.0 connected to a PRI, Caller ID information only displays 10 digits. This is OK for domestic calls, but for international calls it is not long enough. Is this a limitation of the Norstar (and if so, how can it be fixed) or the PRI?
Thanks in advance,
roshan
