Chris,
You need to use API calls to achieve this. I seem to remember SetForegroundWindow is the one you want in GDI32.dll. Best place to start (apart from searching the web for sample code) is to get Dan Applemans's Visual Basic Programmer's Guide to the Win32 Api - will give you everything you...
The screenpop application needs to have code in that will bring it the front of the screen. Depending upon the language its written in it should not be too difficult. If the operating system is MS Windows then you can detect and control the applications and which have focus and are on top. Also...
fltr,
The database is bog standard SQL using Sybase ODBC.
Multicast streams is not something I have attempted yet, however, there is stuff on Microsoft site regarding how to do it in general terms.
Rory
You could link directly into the database but that would mean your application needing to do an amount of calculating to get the stats you may require.
May be possible to link into the multicast stream of real time stats which will give you alot of the generic stuff and may include what you're...
Anyone had any install problems with ADD?
Everything looks ok - but getting debug messages when checking for MS Installer version. Install completes successfully but when run am getting a timeout and 'Cannot get ADD version from server - error on WSDL:XMLParser...' error message.
This occurs...
Thanks for the replies. Interesting to see possible options.
Medum, did you get any loss of functions (e.g. message waiting indication)? Any chance you can email the commands (c my profile)?
Thanks again.
Has anyone done successful integration of Call Manager v3.2 with Nortel Meridian PBX?
We have done through Checkmate gateways, but was thinking there must be an easy way with ITG and standard Cisco routers to support basic telephony?
Ideas?
We had automatic daylight saving on the SCCS and it was not good. It switched over before the M1 was changed (as the M1 was not set to do so automatically) and then never really resynched afterwards.
Apparently the SCCS server should not have automatic clock changes set, but the SWCS should...
Thanks for th reply.
Alas Genesys can't see the skillset. But am thinking that maybe the Automated Agent Assignment function from Web Client Serveer v4.5 may allow the Genesys app to set the agent skillset - hence single point of control.
Will try the pioritys on skillsets and see how blended...
The problem and what we are trying to achieve is as follows:
Genesys dials when it sees and agent go ready (the agent must be configured in Genesys).
When a customer answers the call is transfered from the dialer to a CDN where Symposium routes direct to a skillset and hence agent answers the...
Trying to find an identifier that will allow a call to be tracked across Meridians connected on Q931.
Call can come in at site A and be transfered to site B, or use a steering code to pass direct to site B. (or vise versa).
Does the Network Call ID give a unique call identifier (as Call ID...
Anyone successfully integrated an automated outbound dialer with Symposium?
Currently using Genesys, but therefore need to maintain 2 agent lists and ensure correct agent/skillset/campaign assignments etc. Sooo easy for it all to go wrong!
Is there anything out there that integrates better...
There is a limit caused by the Crystal Reports engine in Web Server v4.0 that means only 5 reports can be open at one time.
Under Web Server v4.5 this bug is fixed (being that it sues a newer version of Crystal Reports). Be aware though that only 5 reports can be processed at one time.
The...
