Thank u all, its all starting to work, the system is chugging away rebuilding its self.. It looks like some of the powersupply has died, not sure if thats caused the original issue with the dvd etc, but that been changed, the dvd is working and so did a boot drive build... U learn something...

I can't get in to the cmc to do anything.. the usernames and passwords i have been given, judt don't work :(

If a .iso image is ftp across to the sever H/d's.
How can it be run from there or is there a need to burn it to CD first.
I have burn the file to CD, but if a ls is done, it says not found.. but doing a ls command on the cdrom, it shows <filename>.iso.. what am I doing wrong??
