Hello, I have a Meridian Option 11 and i'm trying to change names of users in the extensions but there are some DN's that allows only 13 char string lenght while on others they acn be up to 17 (as far as i have seen) is it possible to change the lenght limit of the string?

only one more question on this issue... why i'm not able to select the fifth option on the softkeys menus? it is selected with F5 or another key?

But I believe that I'm logging into the pbx system not into the Voicemail system... how should i go to the VM?

I use Hyper Terminal via modem to log in the system and yes i know that they're separate systems...

Good evening folks! I'm trying to reset a voicemail password since a user doesn't know the password for it. We Have Meridian x11 rel.22 Did I mentioned that i don't know nothing about this PBX? Can you please give a "step by step" answer if possible? Thanks a lot!
