I need to have a copy of every email sent by a user to another inbox, but without the user knowing this.
I setup the forwarding feature on the Users Exchange General TAB, but this option only forwards email incoming and not the outgoing ones.
How can I achieve this?

I created two users, Executed Exchange Tasks to create their mailboxes.
But on outlook, These users dont appear on the list,
I already checked, they are not marked to be hided from the exchange list, I also went to the Mailboxes on Exchange system manager and they appear to be created.

I have problems only with 4 computers on the network that the time is not getting syncronized with the domain controller, The weird thing is that 99% work perfectly but only few of them are having issues?

You have to create a SMTP connector, then set the restrictions to allow or not user to send emails.
Then you have to fix this registry value as
