I have problems only with 4 computers on the network that the time is not getting syncronized with the domain controller, The weird thing is that 99% work perfectly but only few of them are having issues?

This is the answer, You have to create a SMTP connector, then set the restrictions to allow or not user to send emails. Then you have to fix this registry value as stated by microsoft on this article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;277872
