Figure it out. The Avaya IP address was in the SIP/STP IP Address filed on the UC 1000. It needs to be blank in our setup.

Thanks for the replies. It is a SIP phone. Skype conferencing works correctly through it. That conference is in use today, so I'll have to try things out tomorrow. I'll report back!

We have a new Avaya IP Office v10 but can't get our Revo Labs FLX UC 1000 to work properly with it. SIP registration works and we can dial out and call in, but there is no audio on either end once the call connects. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Figured it out. There is a setting for R-Pulse on the B159 that needs to be changed based on location (for NA it is 500ms). Once I changed that, I was able to connect.

We're having the same issue. Pressing the flash button does nothing. If the caller is put on hold, any press of a button brings them back but but can't connect to another caller. Any suggestions?

@jerry - Thanks for the explanation @syquest - I have contacted someone about repair, but it will be almost as much as buying a new unit! I will contact Polycom directly and ask both questions. I'll post back with their response.

LOL I just figured it out. Your last response made me rethink the problem. The Dave that was working recorded his GREETING as his DIRECTORY NAME. If I had listened until the end of the name/greeting, I would have realized it earlier. Thanks for all your help Curly!!

Thanks for the reply. I changed it to David, and had the same results. Directory is set to "Both". What confuses me the most is that other letters work fine. If I choose "M" or "R" it goes through both first and last names that start with M, for some reason "D" doesn't.

Turns out it was the latest variant on the W32 Spybot worm. I believe the firewall was disabled when the connection was setup. Thanks for the suggestions Linney. They are something that were tried!!
