Rerecording the main greeting on Octel Sierra Voicemail
Does anyone know how to change the main greeting on a Octel Sierra Voicemail system? I mean where it say's ( Welcome to XYZ's voice messaging system). Thanks in advance for your help. I would think the voicemail has a System Admin mailbox. Thanks Carlos Meza Switch Operations Technician...- rolmbo

Meridian option 11 to DMS 500 doesn't send calling number
I have a DMS-500 switch and my customer has a Meridian option 11 PBX. The PBX connects to my switch via T1 interface. The problem is that when they make an outbound call the display of the recieving end only show's *****. I have the name of the T1 in the DMS-500 as the customers name but that...- rolmbo
