Five copper loop-starts into 3 Tel-A-Greeters with 2 ports each - 1 port unused. From there the lines go into a Definity ACD que. For some reason some calls are not being transfered to the ACD que. They time-out and drop.
Thanks for the responses! The only requirement is an anouncement that states that there will be a fee charged for this call and then they must press a specific digit to continue to the ACD que. Thanks for that Vector example mikeydidit!!that looks like it would work for this application...

pndscm is correct about the TFTP setting. Also, the default router must be set if the 7936 is on a different network or subnet than the DHCP server. Make sure all of your other network settings are correct. And check that "DHCP enabled" is set to yes.
