You need to point your server # 1 to IP address of NTP server source and point the other lims/servers to the ip address of server #1 which is the master. In this case the system clock is synchronize.

I still can't find the cause of the problem but I am sure it is something to do with our office data. I tried removing all the cordless programs(CTLMP,CTLP & CXHH)using LAPUR & reinstalling again the same but the problem still there. I guest I just have to do new in-house switch installation.

You should use USS upgrading software support to check the compatibility of boards revision you have for particular BC released.

You should get the allop printouts when you have this problem and post it here so people can see it and analyse it.

As I said the DT690 is not working on tsw sp6 & sp7, it may be a compiling error from previous sw released to tsw sp6 & sp7. We are using Application Standard here in our area. rokane

No, it was not working too...the same scenario as with sp6 may be there were comfiling error on both service packs. rokane

I discovered the problem, it was software fault in standard tsw sp6 or & sp7. When I downgraded the reference switch to tsw sp4 the DT690 & DT570 can now both be subscribed. To all who responded to my post, thank you so much and more power to each and everyone in tek-tips ! rokane

whosrdaddy, Everything is alright there is no alarm. I can subscribe the DT570 as before but not the DT690. Since it not working with elu31/1 I will try to get ELU31/3. rokane

whosrdaddy, We tried mx-one tsw sp7 but the DT690 still can't subscribe. The DT690 firmware is 3.0.5 . The option to downgrade the software of DT690 to 2.8.18 is not posible at this time as we don't have the PDM/CPDM unit yet. Any other solution pls!
