    I have several users in our call center today complaining that their phones are going to Aux-work by themselves. They'll take an ACD call, and when they release the call the phone is in Aux-Work. Any ideas? I have a Definity 9.5 with EAS and no changes have been made to the system to my knowledge.

    Do a List Usage Huntgroup 3 just to make sure there are no other vectors pointing to that split. The calls may be originating and processing through some other vector that's not programmed as well.

    Not sure if you have access to this command, but you could use List Trace VDN or List Trace Vector commands and watch what the switch is doing with those calls real-time. Maybe there you can see where things are going wrong.

    No, both stations already were configured with IP-IP connections and IP Hairpinning set to Y. Also, both extensions are already in the same network region and the only codec administered on the switch is G.711MU, the default.
