Bump, still having this problem.

I have a computer that when opening Outlook it auto minimizes and connot be maximized. Right clicking the toolbar short cut nothing happens. If I press alt E or Alt R it will goto the short cuts but i cant see outlook in its normal view. How can I get it maximized and view it normally?

This system I am playing with has 255MB memory 550 proccessor. All that you do is office suite work. Yet it will throw errors out for page faults and low memory. I cant even run disk clean up or defrag!! I am lost.
