Night Service Call Forwarding
Try using the night idc tables in ld 49 to convert to a no that you would create as a either a phantom ext cfw to a vmailbox, or maybe an ann serv or menu sevice you could acd q the call or default as an unused no to att which would then rcv nite treatment,you could also use various tod schedules- rockin

Integrating a Meridian 81c pabx with Genesys
Would anyone know of a way of Genesys being able to report on more than the 2 keys,as this is the ast limit for the tn. Another issue is if an agent needs to send a call 'back' to a certain menu of the ivr,Genesys apparently requires a different dnis number for reporting.As far as I know the...- rockin
