Hi, In the OWS theres a function to send mail directly to a user. This is working fine for all my users except one. I checked the mail adress in DMG and its correct, i even changed it to a secondary but i didnt help ? Anyone seen this problem before ? Thx Robsod

If i have 2 stand alone sites of MD110 only with a H.323 connection between dem for LCR = no GroupSwitch. Is it possible to route all incoming calls on both sites to a OWS number on 1 one the sites. Instead of having a OWS on both sites ? Or must i use a Group Switch for this ?

Has anyone had the same problem when login on to ECA that i could take up to several minutes before the user is logged on and can preform things like diversions etc ?

Q: Am i able to use ELU32 boards in BC11SP10 or do i need at least BC11SP13 ? I know that BC12 is recommended for use of IP extensions but i wonder if its possible to try it out on a BC11SP10 system...

With other words it's 10Mbit half duplex by default ? And i cant change it to full duplex ? If i can change it with wich command can i see the settings of the port ?

Hi all, Can i set h/f or duplex on the NIU cards ethernet port ? Is it by deafault half ? Or is it any kind of "auto-negotiation" here ?

lol After some research i found out that the Agent button is not availible if "Agent privacy" is activated in CM.

Is it harmless to turn this off ? What is it good for ?

On a windows NT system the services will not start automatically at least not in my version :) Another question, when i start a Information manager i logges on fine but the button to se information about members from ACD group i grayed out = not availible ? So i cant see any info about these...

If i stop all the CCM services in wich order should they be started again ? Any specifik order or is it just from the top ? If the event services is stopped are is the CCM server still registring call information for all ther reports ?

Yes i even recorded the tones and see them in a spectrum at my computer. I got the system requirments for number of TMU boards from a diffrent source. I know its a firmware upgrade, but i want to know what stuff got corrected in the later (R3D. Maybe the d's got corrected.... FYI to answer my...

Additional question, do i really need 5 TMU cards in a 2LIM system, we dont use music on hold. To me it's seems like overkill. Is there any table showing how many i need, or any eqvation ? I'd rather take one out and put as a spare/reserv + have more free timeslots in the LIM.
