I wish to distribute an application that will require the user to accept a licence agreement the first time the application is run. Is there a recommended method for storing that somebody has accepted the conditions apart from storing the confirmation in a separate data file? Thanks

Having written some software in Borland C++ Builder, I am now ready to distribute it to users. Does anybody have a suggestion for a good installation utility that will create the required directories and copy the software. There are no DLLs - just the executable plus some data files.

I have found the Win 95 call to disable/enable the Screen Saver and also to vary the timeout. However, I would also like to be able to control the power saver utility on my laptop from my Borland C++ Builder 3 program. Anybody got any suggestions. Thank you very much (in anticipation)
