thanks, although there is no make table type query. I only have design view, simple query wizard, crosstabwizrd, find duplicates query wizard and find unmatched query wizard. im using ms access 2003- robbt

yes, its a SQL Query, i'm using ms access to do the db. I've looked at the actions for a query and there is no Insert into keywords action. Where can I find it?- robbt
