What can expect or demand from technical support.
If you don't purchase a technical support package, then this might be one of the few available channels to use. I purchased Veritas support and have been reasonably satisified with the assistance I receive.- robald

Just so you know you're not alone, we get the same intermittent error, on a DLT drive, Build 3571, on a Windows 2000 server. Re-trying the job sometimes works but we don't have a permanent fix. R.- robald
