Win 98 Restarts on Shutdown
Recently, my PC started rebooting every time that I shut it down. It goes through the entire shutdown process, does a soft reboot, and comes back up. I'm also finding other people that I know who are having the same problem. All of us are on Win 98 Second edition but have different machines...- rnrtudor
