Thanks forthe help. My next problem is that I am unable to create policys in the CMC. The help states that I should be able to select 'Policies' in the left pane ofthe CMC. There is 'Policies' listed. Can someone help me get a clue and tell me what I am missing. Thanks.- rndinslc

We are running Citrix Metaframe XP FR3 on a windows 2000 server. We have IP based printers at almost all of our remote locations.
