    Number destination SIP

Hello, I have a central IP 500 and I'm using the voip provider poivy, but when I make a link appears always in private. What can I make a connection when I tell you what number to the destination. I tried using the "S" and "SS" and got no results. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you...
