I'm looking for a way to Load an Image into memory. I Need to have a button so that the user can click browse, then select an image on his/her hard drive, then load that image into memory via PHP so that I can display it and manipulate it furthur.
Any Ideas?

I'm using vb6, but would consider trying .net there was an easier solution using .net. So using a FileWatch, do you think it would be worse than using fso every 30 seconds for 5000 clients?
