I tried FTR to ACDN but it gave error : SCH0355 I also tried the direct operator DN and it gave the same error, I did not get any FNA prompt!

I need to know if I setup Symposium 5.0 in the three server setup as requested by Nortel to achive higher availability, how long will take for symp server to go up if the main goes down? and what is the sequence of events

Nortel second level support came back saying that by design the card sends CLI when the extension is directly called, however, the CLI is lost in case of transfer... Can anyone confirm? the guy also said that his knowledge of the subject is 3 years old. Thanks

So you need a Class License and a modem to get it to work... quite interesting!

Our supplier claims that CLI can only be shown over analog extension if the extension is directly dialed, but NOT if it was transferred..etc. Is that true?
