I gave it a go, it said I had to install teh web authoring tools. Looked in add/remove unde rinternet explorer, not there. Downloaed and installed it, its now available as an option to install, but when I say install, it tells me IE will be removed...go figure... Ill keep you updated.

Short of a screeshot, how does one atach a calendar to an email. Or can it be done at all. Outlook 2k. thanx in advance.

I moved the hd to the mount, it fit fine. I told someone I would try to recover stuff for them, the HD is proly hosed. Im gonna run Winternals and see what I can get of it if anything. Thanks for the help

I have a HD from a compaq Presario 2100, will it fit in any other Compaq laptop? I have looked all over compaq/hp site, my eyes are criss crossed trying to find specs, thei site is highly un-manageable IMO. Anyone have a link or know the answer? Thanx in advance.

Hi Just installed Outlook 2k3. All seems to be ok except the Send button, it doesnt send.. :) It will go if I hit ctrl-enter, does not go on F5. All updates done, did not alter the button, no messages after hitting button. Any ideas? Thanx in advance

I had a strange thing happen the other day. Did my usual weekly XP update check, found some new stuff(latest security patches) and downloaded. After reboot, XP acted as if I had hadnt registered the product yet, I had to go thru the fill-in-the-fields just like the first time around. I kinda...

Any synch/background errors? Check synch log or Deleted Items for any error log.

I like cartys idea. I have done that too, kinda like creating a "ghost" printer. It has worked for me in the past, oddly enough mostly when running some kinds of DOS applications.

How do I get 2k3 to retrieve an address book for thier specific group they are in. I re-imaged alptop, got their emails all working, but are missing the address book with contacts(not their personal contact list). In 2000, you could synch offline address book, I dont see this option in 2k3...
