Problem resolved. Deleted the identity through Regedit. Created new identity within OE and copied DBX files from old identity to new identity. No data lost and user back using OE.- rjrpoplar

This problem is with the Outlook Express password not the pop3 password. The user is able to access her email through webmail access but unable to log onto Outlook Express.- rjrpoplar

User gets message "The Password You Typed is Incorrect" logging on to Outlook Express. Error appears to be logging onto Outlook Express and not accessing POP server. Same error happened a few days ago to same user and then it started working ok for a few days. Password has not been...- rjrpoplar
