excel documents open 'read only'
Hi all. I have a user who has full permissions to a folder. when she 'opens' a document from the folder, whether its through the web, or livelink explorer, it's in read only mode. How can I correct this? User is running xp sp3, IE7.- rjames976

Admin user account timing out
Hi folks. The admin user account seems to be timing out in a matter of seconds. I've checked the security setting and its set to time out users after 10 minutes. Whats going on?- rjames976
