Upon further testing it appears that I cannot make FMFM only activate on ringing lines. It activates on ringing and appearances. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be overcome as I only want to activate it for a the single line that appears on a DN in question.

I assume you have confirmed the file is in alphabetical order, correct? I would check the areas where you are having strange search results in your spdir0.csv file.

Hello, We recently upgraded a BCM50 R1 to R5 and are still having an issue that haunted us on R1. If I set the volume of an IP phone ringer (F *80) the phone will keep the setting but does not preserve it on reboot. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Does anyone else have the same problem...
