    BCM50 Find Me Follow Me

Upon further testing it appears that I cannot make FMFM only activate on ringing lines. It activates on ringing and appearances. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be overcome as I only want to activate it for a the single line that appears on a DN in question.

    BCM50 Find Me Follow Me

Will do, thanks for the reply. It seems crazy to me that a set with non-ringing appearances of lines (they are there for out dialing and to see if they are in use by other staff members) would not discriminate from when a call is received on an appearance, intercom or ringing appearance. The...

    BCM50 Find Me Follow Me

Hello, I have an extension that I would like to activate FMFM on. I have tested FMFM and have it properly placing an outgoing call using a H323 trunk to another BCM system. We have analog lines and the extension in question has 8 line appearances, of which only a single line is set to ring and...

    devlink

Does anyone know where I can obtain the devlink dll? We are trying to utilize some of the features of this where I work (launch other applications based on call events, etc.). I understand that if we purchase the Devlink Pro the dll should be included, just curious if this is the only way to...

    Corporate Directory symload

Hello, Thanks for the help thus far. As our system is a CS1000 3.0 there is no PDT username, only a password which I provide when logging in. I am then faced with a pdt> prompt where I can upload the file (via 'rx' command). After sending this command I try to send 'symload' (and I tried 'su'...

Not a problem. Sorry about the typos.

    CPND on KEY 04

I assume you are referring to the 3904 key 4 being able to see CPND on incoming calls? If so you have likely programmed key 04 on the 3904 as SCR. If you change this to SCN (single call non-ringing) the 3904 will still see when the DN is in use but will the key will not ring (and CPND will nto...

    Corporate Directory symload

Hello, I have followed the faq regarding uploading a corporate directory file (http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=6236). I have uploaded the cpdir0.csv file using the rx command and have added the CRPA class of service to all our phones. My PBX is a CS1000 3.0 and when I sent the symload...

    Corporate Directory problem

I assume you have confirmed the file is in alphabetical order, correct? I would check the areas where you are having strange search results in your spdir0.csv file.

BCM50 R5 IP phone ringer volume

Good to know, I will have to take a look and see if my other BCM is an 'e' as we may postpone the upgrade. Thanks!

BCM50 R5 IP phone ringer volume

Hello, We recently upgraded a BCM50 R1 to R5 and are still having an issue that haunted us on R1. If I set the volume of an IP phone ringer (F *80) the phone will keep the setting but does not preserve it on reboot. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Does anyone else have the same problem...
