We have a 9751 Rolm system with a release 9005.6.84 and have a target forwarding issue. According to the Rolm Manual you can forward 4 times with software above 9005.1.73.
The issue is that internal and external calls will only forward only two times and then the next caller get a busy...
I need some help on a Nam voicemail system which is causing intermittent delays on message delivery. sometime hours or day
1. We tested and left voice mail messages with the user and never got it to fail.
2. we deleted the voice mail box and reprogrammed it.
Any ideas?
