I have a customer with a Comdial Digitech system with 7714s-pg sets. One particular station is only giving a ring burst for incoming calls (CO line and intercom calls). I've tried Intercom #05 to disable call forwarding to no avail. Anyone else have any ideas?

We have a problem with users taking network cords from conference room. Does anyone know of a wallplate solution that would prevent network/phone cords from being removed without the use of tools. We currently have 4 port setups using superior products (UMJ modules and SSFP). Thanks.
