start - menu - voice question - email action The email action has a $ in the file name so it should forward the recorded email. It does is you let the call go over the record length of the voice question, however if you hang up the email never arrives.

Has anybody got the Email Action to work in voicemail pro, I want to be able to get the caller to leave a voicemail and then have it emailed via voicemail pro.

Top man intrigrant, had spent a whole day packet sniffing to try and find the problem. As usual something completely different, yes a users full name had a comma in it. Seemed to run ok on 4.0.36, but taken the advise and gone back to 4.0.35 all still ok.

Have upgraded to 2.1.27 on IP Office 403, now delta server can not connect. Have tried down gradeding delta server and upgraded currently got 4.0.36 runnig. The config starts to load, shows some hunt groups then failes with an error "user list failed" then shows could not find server. Any ideas?

SMDR was running fine collecting data to a csv file. I have upgraded the box to 2.1.27 and the delta server to 4.0.35. The delta server can no longer connect to the IP office, get an error "could not find server xxxxx". Anybody got any ideas. This works fine on other sites.

We are currently using delta server to collect smdr logs, does anybody know of any good analysis software.
