Need Elite 192 help. The vendor came in and did a basic setup and left us hanging.. Our 4 line voice mail only works on 2 lines and the simple programming sheet we got doesn't seem to work. Any resources out there where I can get some programming tips? Rick

Thanks for the info! I will be splitting 1 T-1 and 1 Ehternet to both 1720's so we have redundant incoming drops on seperate power supplies, what you provided has helped put me on the right track. Thanks again, Rick
