I have a 500 set that I want to forward for after hours support at 5pm yet by 7am the next day I want it to ring at its physical location. Can this be done? If so, exactly what sets do I need to perform?
How do I increase the number of log in attemps before it locks you out of the system. I have attemped to log into the sytem and locked it out now I'm waitng to get back in and I have an urgent deadline to meet. I need to set the system beyond the default of three attempts.

I have a line that goees to the paging system and apparently someone has left the phone off the hook. It is tying up the paging system. When I look at the line in the system it says its type is RDB. I need to know how to disable it. What load, commands, ect...
I need the ability to block outside calls but, not the internal calls. I have both 4 and 5 digit extensions internally. anything in addition to these need to be blocked. Can you help me achieve this?

I don't understand how to see the attendant console settings. It is as if when the console is switched to night mode that it sends the calls to another extension rather thant sending it to voice mail. I guess I need step by step instruction? Can any one help.
When our 2250 console is switched to night mode, instead of it going to after hours voice mail it goes to another extension. how do I access the console settings to see if I need to change settings to fix this problem. What LD, TYPE, etc.
