just went through upgrading a 2850 with W2K3 and had to whack the whole array and start over. There is, according to Dell, a problem with W2K3 that will not let you expand an existing array. You have to start over. Good Luck

The only way I have ever gotten past that is to delete the user, including mail fail, replicate the address book then recreate. Hope you get a better ansewer from someone else.

Pascal is correct, not an option in R5. The only way around it that I have found is Reply with history then click on the attachment and delete it from the reply. Wish there was a better way

I believe that when you have swapped the drives and restart the server the system will holler at you that there is a mismatch between the card configuration and the drives configuration. You will have to go into the PERC software and tell it to use the configuration from the drives.
