Is the user accessing a local replica of their mail file instead of the one on their mail server? -
Not printing bold text in Notes 6
This is a problem on some printers with the default font Microsoft San Serif that is used by Notes 6.x. We fixed by changing the mail template default font for the Body field to Arial.
