    Access - Remove & replace characters in string field

    Hello, I am trying to replace time information in a field ie "00:09:00" with "00:10:00" and "00:19:00" with "00:20:00" etc. I also need to remove the seconds data from the string ie the last 3 digits. Can anyone help me with this problem!!!!! thanks
