Yes, pretty much that way. Still not sure how they were using the HOLD button and picking up calls at other stations though.

I have a location that did have a 401. I replaced/upgraded to a 406. I copied the cfg to the new box and all seemed to work well. Now however the location swears they used to be able to put a call on HOLD and go to any other phone and pick it up by hitting the "Line Appearance" programmed DSS...

Repeated procedure and closed manager after every change. Problem is still there. My old location DS extensions are polluted with extensions from new location and new location is polluted with DS extensions from old location. Still open for ideas.
