    Ah - definately no PMS then. We are outputting SMDR, to a call logger. I think it's something to do with me not telling the system where to send the output. I literally typed "FORM TEL", without specifying anywhere for the output.

    Sorry, not sure what PMS is, technically anyway :) The system's been locked for about 3 hours, so it looks like it's only going to clear during the ack switch tonight.

    Hi all. On a SX2000, I've typed in FORM TEL on the maintenance terminal and this has stopped me from being able to access any of my customer data forms, saying the form is locked by SYSTEM. Assuming the form is locked because the system has accessed it and is trying to print, what's the command...
