In your sendmail.cf file just insert this
DSyour_exchange_server.foo.com
sendmail will use your exchange server as its smart host.
give it a go and let see if it will work.
IN the sendmail.cf file look for "SMTP daemon options"
You will see
O DaemonPortOptions=Name=MTA
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=587, Name=MSA, M=E
just change 587 to 2525.
give it a try it might work.
I have this problem in my mail server. each time a user send an email ta multiple recipient and one of this recipient doesn't exist it will send a bounce message saying all recipient doesn't exist but actually only one email address doesn't exist.
any encountered this problem already? please...
yeah thats an option but I didn't use tar to backup my files. thanks anyway...

You will have to enable quota in your kernel and in your sendmail config look for "Mlocal" and add -b. this option will reject all email if the quota for each user exceeds
