Do you have the install CD? It is on there in one of the folders. You launch it from a windows PC and it makes the floppy. At least this is true for the 4.1 install CD.

I wouldn't use the cards unless they are NT7B75's. All the older cards will not be happy in a new system. They might not even go in the slot properly.

I am using it with Outlook Express. My attachents are VBK files, which play with a Nortel supplied player. I have never been a fan of Outlook, but I might start using it if it does give me a wav file.

That are using routing now. When you program that button, was it an internal auto dial? My tech tried it, but he said it still grabbed the copper lines. I didn't think to ask if he was using an external auto dial key.
